REFUND POLICY 

PartyPop Kits sells digital products only. Files are delivered electronically and are not physical goods.

Refunds
- Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are generally not offered after a file has been downloaded or opened.
- We will provide a full refund or a replacement if a file is defective, is damaged, or does not work as described on the product page, and you contact us within 14 days of purchase.
- If you have not downloaded your files and change your mind, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will consider a refund.

How to request a refund
Email yahyabiind@outlook.fr with your order number, your name, and a short description of the problem. Include a screenshot if possible. We reply within 3 business days.

Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank or card providers may take several business days to show the refund.
